AkiyaScope is a property discovery and analysis platform for Japanese real estate. We aggregate publicly available listing data, provide translated property details, hazard assessments, investment scoring, and financial calculators. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or legal advisor.
3. Accuracy of Information
Property listings, translations, hazard data, and financial calculations are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Always verify information with official sources and licensed professionals before making purchasing decisions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform beyond what is provided through our official APIs. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. During beta, all features are available for free.
7. Limitation of Liability
AkiyaScope is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions made using our tools and data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
